General Provisions:

1. The administrator of personal data is: Javorinka Resort, operating under the business name JAVORINKA s. r. o., located at Tatranská Javorina 59, 059 56 Tatranská Javorina, NIP 2121302612, REGON 53210182, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator.

2. The protection of personal data is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws, in particular the GDPR, and their storage takes place on secure servers.

3. The term "GDPR" means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

4. The processing of personal data is necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract to which the Guest is a party – i.e., the room rental agreement.

5. Providing personal data by the Guest is voluntary but necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract with the Administrator.

6. Personal data provided in the form on the website is treated as confidential and is not visible to unauthorized persons.

7. The Administrator will store the Guest's personal data until the expiration of the statute of limitations for claims related to the contract concluded by the Guest with the Administrator. Personal data processed by the Administrator based on consent will be stored by the Administrator for the duration of the Administrator's business activities unless the Guest exercises their right to withdraw consent for the processing of their personal data for marketing purposes earlier.

8. The Administrator will only transfer personal data to its suppliers who have been entrusted with services related to the processing of personal data, e.g., IT service provider, accounting service provider, legal service provider, marketing department. All entities to whom personal data will be transferred will process it based on a contract with the Administrator and only in accordance with the Administrator's instructions.

9. Every person whose data is concerned has the right to access, rectify, delete, or restrict the processing of their data, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

11. The Administrator reserves the right to process data after the service is performed or consent is withdrawn only to the extent necessary for pursuing potential claims in court or if national, EU, or international laws oblige the Administrator to retain data.

12. The Administrator has the right to share the User's personal data and other data with entities authorized under applicable laws (e.g., law enforcement agencies).

13. The deletion of personal data may occur as a result of the withdrawal of consent or the submission of a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.

14. The Administrator does not share personal data with entities other than those authorized under applicable laws.

Cookies

1. Cookies are small text files sent by a web server and stored by the browser software on the user's computer. When the browser reconnects to the website, the site recognizes the type of device the user is connecting from. The use of cookies and the personal data collected through them for marketing purposes, in particular in the scope of promoting services and goods of third parties, requires the User's consent. This consent can be expressed through appropriate browser settings and can be withdrawn at any time, in particular by clearing the cookie history and disabling cookie support in the browser settings.
