Regulations
Javorinka Resort1. Room rental is based on a daily rate. The stay begins at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM.
2. Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Guests may request a packed meal instead of breakfast or purchase an additional packed meal. Such requests must be made at Reception with a minimum of one day's notice, no later than 4:00 PM.
3. Dinner is served from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Guests who have not pre-purchased dinner may request it at Reception with a minimum of one day's notice, no later than 4:00 PM.
4. Reception is open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. For late check-in or early check-out, please contact Reception during its opening hours.
5. Reservations can be made via phone, email, or by filling out the reservation form on the website www.javorinkaresort.eu. By making a reservation, the Guest consents to the processing of their personal data exclusively for marketing purposes by JAVORINKA s. r. o., Tatranská Javorina 59, 059 56 Tatranská Javorina, VAT 2121302612, REGON 53210182, as well as for purposes related to fulfilling the reservation in accordance with the Act of 29.08.1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws No. 101 of 2002, item 962, as amended).
6. For early reservations, a deposit of approximately 30% of the total stay cost is required within three days of booking. Failure to pay the deposit within this period will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation. Accommodation is not guaranteed for Guests without a reservation and a deposit.
7. The reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of the agreed deposit into the facility's account. The deposit payment and the effective reservation confirmation signify the Guest's acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
8. Deposits are non-refundable. Reservations may be rescheduled to a more convenient date (subject to room availability) if cancellation is made at least 21 days prior to the planned arrival date.
9. Failure to arrive at the facility by 9:00 AM the following day (arrival on the second day) will be considered a cancellation of the stay unless the Guest notifies the facility in writing or by phone in advance.
10. Failure to arrive at the facility by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival will be considered a reservation cancellation and may result in the room being rented to another Guest (for reservations without a deposit), unless otherwise agreed.
11. Unused portions of the stay due to late arrival or early departure will not result in a reduction of the service fee.
12. Guests are required to check in upon arrival by presenting a valid photo ID. Refusal to present an ID will result in denial of check-in.
13. Requests to extend a stay beyond the original reservation must be made at Reception by 10:00 AM on the day the room rental ends. Extensions will be granted based on room availability.
14. The fee for extending the stay:
- Until 2:00 PM: 25 EUR per room per hour started
- Until 2:00 PM: 35 EUR per apartment per hour started
- After 2:00 PM: the cost of an additional night.
15. Payment for the stay must be made on the day of arrival.
16. Guests may not transfer rooms to other people, even if the paid rental period has not yet ended.
17. Non-registered visitors may stay in rooms from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
18. The facility does not disclose personal information about registered Guests to third parties.
19. Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
20. Guests are financially responsible for any damage or destruction of property caused by them or their visitors. Damage discovered after room departure will result in repair costs being charged to the Guest.
21. Reception may deny entry to a Guest who has previously violated the Terms and Conditions by causing property damage or disrupting the stay of other Guests or the facility's operations.
22. Lost or damaged key cards will incur a 15 EUR fee.
23. For fire safety reasons, using heaters, electric irons, or similar devices not included in the room equipment is prohibited. This does not apply to chargers or power supplies for electronic devices.
24. Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited in rooms and bathrooms. Violators will be fined 150 EUR. False fire alarms will result in a 1,500 EUR fine.
25. The following are prohibited:
- Removing food or tableware from the dining area
- Disrupting the peace (e.g., playing loud music without management approval)
- Wearing ski boots in the facility or bringing ski equipment into rooms
- Bringing animals onto the premises
- Behaving in a manner deemed indecent.
26. The facility provides services in accordance with its category and standard. Guests are encouraged to report any service quality issues to Reception for immediate resolution. Complaints may also be submitted via email within seven days of check-out to javorinkaresort@gmail.com. Responses to complaints will be provided within 30 days.
27. The facility is not responsible for inconveniences beyond its control, such as power or water outages or force majeure events.
28. The facility ensures:
- Unrestricted rest for Guests
- Professional and courteous service
- Room cleaning and towel replacement every three days (for stays of at least seven days) upon request
- Prompt repair of equipment defects. If repairs cannot be made, the facility will attempt to resolve the issue by providing an alternative room or other compensation.
29. Upon request, the facility provides free services:
- Information related to the stay and travel
- Storage of sports equipment.
30. The facility is not responsible for the loss or damage of money, securities, valuables, or items of artistic or scientific value.
31. Guests must ensure their room doors are closed when leaving.
32. Parking is free, unguarded, and monitored. The facility is not responsible for vehicle damage or theft.
33. Personal belongings left behind will be stored for one month before being disposed of. Guests wishing to retrieve items must arrange pickup or courier delivery at their expense.
34. Violations of these Terms and Conditions may result in the Guest being required to leave the facility and settle any outstanding payments.
35. The facility's Terms and Conditions are available on the website www.javorinkaresort.eu and are presented to Guests during check-in.
RESERVATION POLICY
I. General provisions
These Terms and Conditions specify the rules for booking and renting accommodations. Booking implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. A contract between the Client and the Facility is formed upon booking online, via email, or by phone.
II. Reservation process
1. To make a reservation, the Client selects a stay period. A preliminary reservation confirmation will be sent to the Client's email. If the deposit payment is not received by the deadline specified in the confirmation, the Facility may cancel the reservation.
2. The reservation confirmation includes:
a) Client’s stay dates
b) Rental cost
c) Deposit amount
d) Bank account details
e) General reservation terms
3. Upon receiving the deposit, the Client will receive a payment confirmation email. The deposit is non-refundable under Article 394 of the Civil Code.
4. If the deposit does not cover the total reservation cost, the remaining balance must be paid upon arrival.
5. For cancellations made at least 21 days before the arrival date, the deposit can be used for a future stay within the current year, subject to availability and current pricing. For cancellations less than 14 days before the arrival date or no-shows, the deposit is forfeited.
III. Reservation modifications
1. Modifications are possible only through direct agreement with the Facility. Approved changes will be confirmed via email.
IV. Transfer of rights and obligations
1. The Client may transfer the reservation to another person, provided the new Guest assumes all associated obligations. The Facility must be notified of such changes, and the new Guest must confirm this arrangement by email, including updated personal and payment details.
V. Data processing and protection
1. Reservation data will be processed by Javorinka Resort for check-in, legal obligations (including taxes), and to safeguard legitimate interests, such as claims or defense against claims.
2. Guests have the right to access, correct, delete, or limit processing of their data, as well as to object or request data portability. Providing data is necessary for reservations. Complaints regarding data processing may be submitted to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
VI. Acceptance of Terms
1. Selecting the "I accept the Reservation Terms" option confirms the Client's understanding and agreement with these Terms. Without acceptance, reservations cannot be made.
